All sales of digital products (including, but not limited to, e-books, digital artwork, and downloadable resources) are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds cannot be issued once access has been granted or the product has been delivered.
If a physical product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its description, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a claim, contact us at hello@uvin.lk with photographic evidence and your order details. Approved claims will be resolved via replacement, store credit, or a refund at our discretion.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IAMUVIN, its owner, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of any third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sri Lanka for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us at hello@uvin.lk. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal proceedings in the courts of Sri Lanka as set forth in Section 14.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
