Why People Wait

1. "It is too expensive now"

People said this at $1,000, $10,000, $30,000, and $60,000. Bitcoin has always been "too expensive" in the moment and a bargain in hindsight. You are not buying a whole Bitcoin — you are buying satoshis.

2. "I will wait for a crash"

You might be waiting forever. And even if a crash comes, will you actually buy? Most people who wait for crashes get scared and do not buy during them either.

3. "I need to learn more first"

Learning is good, but do not let it become an excuse for inaction. Start with a tiny amount while you learn. You will learn faster with skin in the game.

4. "I do not have enough money"

You can start with 1,000 LKR. There is no minimum amount that makes DCA not worth it over a long time horizon.

Time Is Your Greatest Asset

In investing, time is more powerful than timing. Here is why:

• The longer you hold, the lower your chance of being at a loss
• Compounding works better with more time
• Earlier accumulation means more sats before wider adoption
